行动导向视角下高职旅游管理专业“旅游大数据”课程项目化教学改革与实践

摘要

随着智慧旅游、在线平台运营和文旅数据治理持续推进，旅游管理岗位对数据采集、清洗、可视化、游客画像、客流研判和运营决策等能力提出更高要求。当前高职旅游管理专业“旅游大数据”课程仍存在目标表述偏知识化、教学内容与真实业务脱节、工具训练不足、项目链条不完整及评价偏结果化等问题。基于行动导向教学理念，文章从岗位能力需求出发，界定旅游大数据应用能力构成，构建“岗位任务——项目载体——学习行动——评价反馈”的项目化教学框架，并以景区客流分析、酒店OTA评论分析、短视频互动数据复盘和游客满意度诊断等任务组织教学实施。研究认为，该改革有助于推动课程由知识讲授型转向任务完成型、证据评价型和持续改进型，促进学生形成更具职业适配性的数据应用能力。
