To address the design limitations of existing clinical infusion stands, which exhibit single-functionality, lack of drug depletion warning and automatic protection mechanisms, and are prone to safety risks such as blood reflux and air embolism, this paper proposes an innovative design for a medical nursing infusion stand integrating alarm functionality and automatic tube clamping. The design is guided by the core principles of "safety first, integrated efficiency, and practical adaptability." It employs a five-legged stable support structure, a height-adjustable telescopic rod mechanism, and a dual-chamber cylinder integrated module constructed at both ends of the crossbar, achieving a functional closed loop of "gravity sensing-automatic alarm-emergency tube clamping." Through the synergistic optimization of mechanical structures and electronic control components, the structural parameters and operational logic of each core module are clarified. The integrated design ensures the reliability of protective functions while also accommodating operational convenience and clinical adaptability. This design provides a novel approach to the safety and integration innovation of medical nursing equipment, applicable to clinical infusion nursing scenarios in healthcare institutions at all levels.
